During the first stages or a few months after, obscurities among client and outsourcing partner can be clarified and adjusted. In many cases, difficulties in service provision or communication can occur even after the taking over of services.
Review of reporting
The inspection of the monthly reporting as well as the event reporting is part of our service. We are verifying if discrepancies to the agreed values (service levels) appear or if they are not reported at all. Best practice reports (ITIL, CMMI) are part of the event reporting.
Invoice
The basic principles of invoicing practice is written down in the contracts. We are verifying if the arranged amounts and prices of services are consistent with those on the calculation. Thereby, the correct differentiation beetween fixed and variable price components as well as the appendant background (quantities) are considered as important items.
