Active Sourcing is very experienced in the selection of outsourcing providers. The preparation of an extensive requirement specification comes after an efficient, result-oriented procedure backed by the use of proven templates. Subject to our clients demands, we handle the entire process of communication with the vendor and support the client in the development of assessment criteria.
Once we receive tenders from potential outsourcing partners, we take care of the qualitative, commercial and legal evaluation. Reliable evaluation tools, which are adapted individually to the requirements of each client, are utilised for this purpose.
Our evaluation framework enables us to flexibly adopt the evaluation to any alterations or new requirements that the clients may introduce at any time. Finally, our recommendations to management complete the evaluation process.
